This lovely client had a tricky problem - their apartment was subject to earthquake strengthening.  The resulting work meant that steel diagrid beams dominated a loft area, leaving it as a potential dust gathering storage zone…or...something creative!

The Kadima design team and upholstery workshop came up with this delicious solution.  The client specified a library space with lush seating options to read a book in comfort.  All we can say is…TA DAAA!  Result.
